Who are we?
We are a local organization, with 12 years experience of making a difference to the lives of young people.
We successfully engage the most hard to reach and disaffected young people.
We all share a commitment to create a new resource that is bold and
aspirational, has a sustainable future and that empowers Young People to build their own futures, through sustainable employment.
What do we do?
The LSA builds employability through… intensive emotional support matched with real JOB opportunities.
We are investing in Young People, offering not only emotional support but educational and employment services.
We are tackling poor outcomes for disadvantaged Young People by building their employability through job opportunities and providing a training solution to prepare the Young People for the opportunity.
We are working alongside our private and public partners to ensure a successful transition to adulthood and independent living for these Young People who need stable accommodation to increase and sustain engagement levels.
We are raising the aspirations of local
Young People between the ages of 16 and 25 who are care leavers or classed as not in education, employment or training and support them to achieve their goals and dreams.
Our unique approach is preparing and offering Young People long term job opportunities.
We offer ‘social’ recycling for Young People helping them to
refocus
reconnect
and rebalance their lives.
We think young people deserve a much better deal in life…!
